A licensed pro driver comes to your location at the booked time — pick your regular driver or take the fastest match.持牌专业司机按预约时间到你所在位置，你可指定熟悉的司机，或由系统安排最快到达的司机。

Hourly Driver钟点司机
A driver on standby all night. 4h RM350 or 8h RM500, overtime billed hourly. Dinners, events, bar-hopping.司机整晚候命。4 小时 RM350 或 8 小时 RM500，超时按小时计算。适合饭局、活动或续摊。
Airport Service机场服务
Fixed fares from RM150 by distance and car type — Normal, SUV or 6-seater. KLIA runs at any hour.固定车资，RM150 起，按距离与车型计算—— 普通轿车、SUV 或六人座。KLIA 接送，任何时间都行。

What exactly is a buddy driver?什么是代驾服务？
A professional driver comes to you and drives your own car to your destination — you ride along. Perfect after drinks, late nights, or long days when you shouldn't be behind the wheel.专业司机会到你所在的位置，驾驶你自己的车送你回家或到目的地，你只需安坐车上。 喝了酒、夜归，或工作太累不宜开车时，最适合使用。
How do I pay?如何付款？
Pay in the app before the trip starts — Touch 'n Go, online banking (FPX), card, or bank transfer. The price you see when booking is the price you pay; toll and parking along the route are borne by the car owner, per our rate chart.行程开始前在应用程序内付款，可选 Touch 'n Go、网上银行 (FPX)、信用卡或银行转账。 预约时看到的价格就是你要付的价格；路上的过路费与停车费，按费率表由车主自付。
Can I choose my driver?可以自己选司机吗？
Yes — every driver's profile, rating and experience is public. Pick your regular when you book, or choose “Any driver” and we assign the nearest one who is free.可以。每位司机的个人资料、评分与年资都公开显示。你可以在预约时指定熟悉的司机， 或选择「任何司机」，由系统为你配对最近又有空的司机。
Can I request a female driver?可以指定女司机吗？
Yes. Verified female customers can request a female driver on any booking. Apply once in your profile — our team confirms your identity, then the option appears every time you book.可以。已通过验证的女性客户，每次预约都能指定女司机。 只需在个人资料中申请一次，我们的团队确认身份后，日后每次预约都会显示这个选项。
What if my plans change?更改时间或取消怎么办？
Change or cancel free of charge up to 45 minutes before pickup. Inside 45 minutes a RM50 fee applies — your trip page shows a live countdown.上车时间前 45 分钟以上更改或取消，完全免费。 若在 45 分钟内取消，需收取 RM50 费用。你的行程页面会显示免费取消的倒数计时。
Where do you operate?服务范围在哪里？

What if I keep the driver waiting?等待费怎么算？
Waiting is charged per the rate chart and added after the trip: RM20 for 30 minutes, RM30 for 45 minutes, RM50 for one hour.等待费按费率表计算，并在行程结束后另行加收： 30 分钟 RM20、45 分钟 RM30、1 小时 RM50。
What are AiDD Coins?什么是 AiDD 金币？
You earn coins on every completed trip and redeem them against future rides — up to 30% off any fare. New customers start with a welcome bonus.每完成一次行程都可赚取金币，可用来折抵日后车资， 最多折抵单次车资的 30%。新客户注册即可获得迎新金币。
